Gossip Girl Season 3 Sneak Peak

This is also our first look at the WTF! promo campaign for the series. While it does not show the new GG character that will be played by Hilary Duff, it does quickly feature two other new characters played by Joanna Garcia and Chris Riggi (Scott Ronsson, long-lost lovechild of Lily van der Woodsen and Rufus Humphrey).
