Join us for a very special edition of The Gossip Girl Sites Tour, complete with costume contest. Come dressed as your favorite Gossip Girl character and vie for your chance to win some Halloween Goodies from Dylan's Candy Bar. The Costume Contest will be held from 1:30pm-2:00pm, at which point the tour bus will depart.
